If your billing and shipping address is anywhere in India, we have made our fabulous jewelry stocked at our Mumbai fulfillment center available for you to purchase on India.Isharya.com. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and are a current Isharya Insider, you are eligible for free shipping within India!
Secured payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, or by Cash On Delivery ("COD"). Go ahead and place your order and an account executive will get back to you via email with tracking details.
In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified.
Expedited shipping is available for a nominal fee.
2. Do you ship outside of India?
Yes! Please place your order on our global website - www.isharya.com - and our fulfillment team will take care of your order. Isharya.com accepts payment by any major credit card and paypal. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and are a current Isharya Insider, we are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States and International shipping one way for $25 on orders over $100.
3. What is your cancellation and return policy?
Isharya strives to offer you high quality premium costume jewelry at reasonable prices. You may cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return it for a full refund and 14 days to return in exchange for store credit, with the exception of custom orders and sale items which cannot be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on broken or cracked wood or resin items.
Items purchased on discount or sale are "Final Sale" and not returnable.
Please call or email Isharya for a return authorization number ("RMA#") before sending any return, as returns will not be processed without prior approval.
